COMPUTER COURSE: Facebook has one billion members - are you ready? You're thinking of setting up a Facebook Business Page or have already got one but want to do more? Learn how to add Business Apps, use marketing intelligence tools, advertising, and make sure your Facebook is Optimised (FBO) for your customers newsfeed. Gain audiences and learn about tools and tips for growing an engaged Page.  This is a very practical workshop. 

Session Details:  Are your customers on Facebook? Already got a Facebook Business Page and want to build an engaged audience? Have you thought about adding a shopping cart to your Facebook Page?

  • Overview of customers and companies on Facebook, plenty of case studies.
  • Learn how to set up your Page correctly first time, including categories and places
  • Create a Timeline that is engaging and adds brand value
  • Use Facebook to explore marketing intelligence, coupons and competitions.
  • Create an Ad, evaluate different types of advertising on Facebook, and what works best for your customer
  • Learn about Facebook Analytics and how to read them   
  • Understand how to add a shopping cart to your Facebook Page and explore customer sales on a platform with 1 billion engaged users.
  • Examine FBO (Facebook SEO) and how to be in the timeline of customers who "Like" you. 
  • Strategy for increasing Likes and Shares. 

A very intensive, advanced, ONE day course - we start at the beginning and go very deep.  All your questions will be answered as your facilitator has been managing Facebook Pages with 1 million plus fans for several years and growing online communities in general for 20 years. 


PLEASE BRING YOUR LAPTOP.  Don't forget to bring the power supply.  If you do not have a laptop, please email Caroline at pa@laurelpapworth.com so we can organise one for you. Laptop hire costs are $50 a day.

Lunch and light refreshments are included as part of the course.
